This site is the home of The Aesthetic AF Podcast, hosted by Tara Dotson Riley (Bloom Theory Marketing a DBA of Tara Lynn Media) and Sam Varner (She Needs Profit Podcast), covering medspa marketing, sales, and business growth.

If you apply to be a guest on the podcast through our Podcast Guest Questionnaire, we collect: your full name, business name, email address, phone number, website, Instagram handle, a headshot and logo you upload, your stage of business, the biggest challenges you’re facing, how your clients typically find you, and any additional details you share about what you’d like to promote on the episode.

If you leave a comment on the site, we collect the information shown in the comment form, along with your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

Information collected automatically:

Standard analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location, referring site) via Jetpack Stats, our WordPress hosting provider’s built-in analytics.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and this site is not directed at children.

How We Use Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Review and respond to podcast guest applications
  • Evaluate whether a guest is a good fit for an upcoming episode
  • Understand site traffic and improve content
  • Respond to comments and moderate for spam
